At Yittzy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the original packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Free of any modifications, alterations, or damage caused by installation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Electrical components that have been installed or tested
  • Custom or special order items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items that have been modified, painted, or altered in any way
  • Items without original packaging
  • Hazardous materials (oils, fluids, etc.)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected]
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return
  3. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Important:

Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Please do not ship items back without first contacting our team and receiving authorization.

Return Shipping

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

Change of Mind: For returns due to change of mind or ordering error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or part number, please contact us at [email protected]. We'll help facilitate the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Restocking Fees

Some items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price. This will be communicated to you before your return is processed.
